- How to use it with Sony Vegas?
Sony Vegas won't automatically recognize that the files are pre-keyed, so you'll have to manually change the settings in order for the effects to look right. To do this, follow these easy steps:
Add the Shootout Stock Pack clip in the timeline. Right-click on the clip and choose "Properties"
In the tab that pops up, select "Disable Resample"
At the top of the same tab, click on "Media" and set "Alpha Channel" to "Straight (Unmatted)"
The clips should then look right, and be ready to use!
- Do I need a PayPal account to buy?
No, you don't have to have PayPal to buy. You can also use your debit or credit cards. After clicking the Checkout button, choose "Don't have a PayPal Account?" in order to use your card to buy.
- I'm having trouble downloading the file! What should I do?
If you experience some trouble downloading the file, try the download again with different internet browser. Few buyers have experienced download problems using Safari, and these problems were fixed when they tried the download using Firefox or Chrome.
- What resolution are the files?
All the files of Shootout Stock Pack are of 1080p HD resolution.
- What format are the files in?
The video files are in MOV format with PNG compression. The image files are high quality PNG images.
- How much space does Shootout Stock Pack take?
The total file size is 961 megabytes.
- How is the product delivered?
You have the option to get an Instant Download link to your e-mail, or to get a DVD box of the product. If you buy a DVD, you will still get a download link to start using the product instantly!
- Are the effects live action or CG?
The effects are realistic CG elements.
- What is the refund policy?
Because Shootout Stock Pack is a downloadable product, you cannot get a refund after your purchase unless you made no attempt to download the file.
- Why do the main files look "weird" when I play them?
The main files are un-matted pre-keyed MOV files and will look "weird" when viewed straight into Quicktime Player. Use the 'Previews' folder to view the clips correctly, but use the main files in your projects. Most editing/vfx softwares will recognize the alpha channel automatically.
